3.4 Account Verification
16bd may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended. This is to prevent fraud and protect users.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
The following methods are accepted for deposits on 16bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Terms
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Once a deposit is confirmed, it is credited to the account immediately.
- Every withdrawal request goes through a security check.
- If any bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled, the withdrawal may be held.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- 16bd reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers.
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- Using abnormal betting patterns to earn bonuses (such as placing equal opposing bets) will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
- If the bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Bet Cancellation

- If a bet was placed at clearly incorrect odds.
- If an event is under investigation by a regulatory authority.
7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
The maximum winnings from a single bet are set by 16bd. In exceptional or unusual circumstances, 16bd reserves the right to revise this limit.
8 VIP Program
16bd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's betting activity. 16bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms and any such changes will be communicated in advance.
9 Responsible Gaming
